The inside of the stadium is not overheated due to the special cooling system. It can keep visitors' galleries at 18 degrees Celsius and playgrounds at 20 degrees Celsius. At present the capacity of the stadium is 40 thousand. After the World Cup, seats in the stadium will be halved to 20,000 and the remaining half will be donated by developing countries.
